The basic terms.

1. About these terms

pabcconsulting.com is operated by PAULO ADREGA BRÁS Consulting (NIP 5242876773), a sole proprietorship registered in Poland. In this document, "I" / "my" refers to the business, "you" / "your" refers to anyone using the site.

These terms govern your use of the website itself. If we sign a contract for paid consulting work, that contract — not this page — governs that work.

2. What this website is for

It's a marketing and contact website for my consulting practice. You can read about what I do, complete a diagnostic, subscribe to writing, or send me a message. That's the whole scope.

Reading the site doesn't create a consultant-client relationship. Submitting the contact form doesn't create one either. A relationship only starts when we sign a written agreement.

3. The content is mine

All writing, designs, diagrams, and code on this site are my intellectual property (or used with permission). You can:

• Read the articles for free and share links to them.
• Quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back.
• Reference the diagnostic methodology in your own work, with attribution.

You can't:

• Republish full articles on your site without my written permission.
• Sell or sublicense the content.
• Use the PABC name, logo, or trademarks for your own business.
• Pass off my writing as your own.

4. The diagnostic is informational

The Hiring Operations Diagnostic gives you a directional read on your hiring operation based on 14 questions. It's a starting point for a conversation, not a substitute for actual analysis of your situation. The quadrant result is informed by patterns I've seen, not a guaranteed assessment of your business.

Acting on the diagnostic without further validation is your decision, and outcomes are your responsibility.

5. No warranties on information

I try to keep the content on this site accurate and up-to-date. But I'm not perfect, and the field moves quickly. Articles may go out of date. Specific data points may be approximate. Use the site as one input among others, not as definitive guidance.

The site is provided "as is." I make no guarantees that it will always be available, error-free, or work in every browser.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Polish law:

• I'm not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of this site.
• If you act on something you read here and it goes badly, that's not my responsibility unless we've signed a contract that says otherwise.
• For any direct claim related to this site (not a signed consulting engagement), my total liability is capped at zero — because you haven't paid me anything for the site itself.

This doesn't limit liability for things Polish law doesn't allow me to limit (gross negligence, willful misconduct, personal injury).

7. Acceptable use

Don't:

• Try to break the site, scrape it aggressively, or exploit security flaws.
• Use the contact form to send spam, harassment, or unsolicited sales pitches.
• Pretend to be someone else when submitting the form.
• Use anything on the site for illegal purposes.

If you do, I may block you, and I may report serious misuse to authorities.

8. Third-party links

The site links to external resources (articles, documentation, tools). I don't control those sites and I'm not responsible for what they do with your data or what they say. Use your own judgment.

9. Changes to these terms

If I change these terms, I'll update the "Effective" date. For significant changes, I'll add a note at the top of the page for at least 30 days. The current version is always at pabcconsulting.com/terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Poland. Any dispute that can't be resolved amicably will be settled by the courts having jurisdiction over my registered place of business (Legionowo / Warsaw, Poland).

If you're a consumer in the EU, this doesn't take away the mandatory consumer protection rights granted to you by the law of your country of residence.
