I don't hire recruiters or staff PABC. If you're a candidate looking for work in IT or recruitment, I'd point you to LinkedIn or to one of the larger staffing firms in your region.

A vendor pitch channel.

If you sell AI tools, recruitment software, or anything else in this space and want to pitch me, please don't. I'll find tools when I need them, through my own evaluation, and unsolicited pitches won't change that.

"Let's collaborate" without specifics.

If you have a concrete project, problem, or question, I'm interested. If you want to "explore opportunities" without a clear thing in mind, that's not a fit for how I work.
